OUR CAMPSITE

Our campsite is located on 267 acres of rolling hills in Northern Maryland. Our campgrounds feature a private lake, athletic fields, swimming pools, hiking trails, an organic garden, nature preserve, a crafts building, a library, a large covered activities pavilion and a air-conditioned health center!

Serpentine Barrens
Our campsite features a serpentine barren: a grassland/savanna ecosystem found in extremely limited distribution worldwide. They are especially uncommon and endangered on the east coast of North America.
​
Campers have ample opportunity to hike and explore the serpentine during the summer and experience its unique beauty.
